Texting Terms of Use

By opting in and providing LendKey Technologies, Inc. (“LendKey”, “we”, or “us”) with your mobile number on LendKey’s website, you give us and any successor to LendKey's business permission to send you account-related text messages such as application alerts, payment reminders, and other notifications in conjunction with the services you have requested. Additionally, you authorize LendKey and any successor to LendKey's business to contact you via the mobile number you provide using an automated dialing device, pre-recorded messages, or text messages for purposes related to your use of LendKey’s website (including an application you start or complete on the website and the repayment of any loan you may receive after submitting an application). All text messages in electronic format sent by us to you will be considered to be in writing.

Please note the following:

• In order to receive, view, and retain text messages from us, you must have a mobile phone capable of receiving SMS communications, as well as an active mobile phone account with a communication service provider who we send texts through.
• The number of text messages may vary by account.
• Text message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your specific text or data plan and whether you will be charged fees associated with text messaging, it is best to contact your wireless provider directly.
• To opt-out, text STOP to any text message we send you.  An opt-out confirmation message will be sent back to you.
• If you have any questions or require assistance with account-related texts that you receive, please email us at customer.care@lendkey.com.
• If your handset does not support MMS, any MMS messages may be delivered as SMS messages.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for undelivered or delayed messages. Our texting services may not be available for all carriers. For supported carriers, please email us at customer.care@lendkey.com, as carriers may be added and removed at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate our text messaging services at any time, for any reason, and without notice.
