Former Credit Union Loan Source COO brings extensive credit union lending experience to support operational modernization and growth
Cincinnati, OH — October 15, 2026 LendKey has today announced the appointment of RuthAnn Riggs as Senior Vice President, Operations. Riggs, who brings more than 15 years of lending operations leadership experience and will oversee the company’s end-to-end borrower experience, including loan originations, loan servicing, and financial operations.
In this new role, Riggs will bring together loan originations and servicing, creating greater alignment across the teams responsible for supporting borrowers and lending partners from application through repayment.
Riggs previously served for seven years as Chief Operating Officer of Credit Union Loan Source, where she helped lead an organization serving 145 credit union partners and managing a $3.75 billion loan portfolio.
